Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard worldwide shipping is free and typically arrives in 7–14 business days. We ship from our European workshop within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — free worldwide shipping to every country, with no extra cost and no exceptions.

Will I be charged customs or duties?
For most destinations, no. Any applicable import duties are pre-cleared at checkout.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your watch for a full refund — no questions asked. The watch must be unworn and in its original packaging.

How long is the warranty?
Every Poedagar watch carries a 2-year warranty on the movement — double the industry standard. This covers all manufacturing defects.

Ordering

Are the watches really 80% off?
Yes. For 31 years, Stefan Poedagar never discounted a single watch. As the workshop closes, the entire final production is available at 80% off — the only time this has ever been offered.

Will there be more stock?
No. When the final watch ships, the workshop closes permanently. No restocking, no new collections.

Can I save more by ordering multiple watches?
Yes. Order 2 watches for an extra 20% off, 3 watches for 25% off, or 4+ watches for 30% off — applied automatically at checkout, on top of the 80% discount.

Product

What movement do the watches use?
Each Poedagar watch is built with either a Swiss-grade quartz or a Japanese automatic movement, depending on the model. Movement type is specified on each product page.

Is the crystal sapphire?
Yes. Every Poedagar watch uses scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass — the same material used in luxury Swiss watches.

Are the watches water-resistant?
All watches are rated 3–5 ATM (suitable for splashes and rain). Specific ratings are on each product page. Not designed for swimming or diving.
