Sizing Your Watch

Finding Your Perfect Fit

Every Poedagar watch is crafted with adjustable links so you can size it precisely to your wrist. Here's how to measure correctly and what to look for.

Measure Your Wrist

  1. Take a soft tape measure or a strip of paper.
  2. Wrap it around your wrist, just below the wrist bone — where you'd normally wear a watch.
  3. Mark the point where the tape meets and measure the length in millimeters or inches.
  4. This is your wrist circumference.

Wrist Size Guide

Wrist Size Recommended Case
14–16 cm / 5.5–6.3 in 38mm – 40mm
16–18 cm / 6.3–7.1 in 40mm – 42mm
18–20 cm / 7.1–7.9 in 42mm – 44mm
20+ cm / 7.9+ in 44mm and larger

How a Watch Should Fit

  • Snug, but comfortable — you should be able to slide one finger between the strap and your wrist.
  • The watch face sits on top — never on the side of your wrist.
  • The clasp closes flush — without pinching or slipping.

Adjusting Your Bracelet

Each Poedagar watch ships with extra removable links. To resize:

  1. Locate the small arrows on the bracelet links — these indicate the direction the pin pushes out.
  2. Use a fine pin pusher (or the included Band Link Removal Tool) to push the pin in the arrow's direction.
  3. Remove links evenly from both sides of the clasp to keep the watch centered.
  4. Reinsert the pin, ensuring it sits flush.

If you'd prefer professional resizing, any local jeweler can size your watch in under 5 minutes — typically for a small fee.
