Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This applies to every watch, including items bought on sale. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email help@poedagareu.co with your order number and the items you want to return. Once we approve the request, we email you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. The return address may be outside your country, so return shipping can be international and its cost depends on your country and carrier. If the item arrived defective, damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

We inspect the item when it arrives and email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to post it. There are no restocking fees.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or wrong. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it following the steps above. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Warranty

Every watch has a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement. To make a claim, email help@poedagareu.co with your order number and a description or photo of the problem.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards cannot be returned.

European Union and United Kingdom

If your order is delivered to the EU or the UK, you can also cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
