Shipping cost

Standard shipping costs €4.99 and is free on orders of €49.90 or more (after discounts), to every country we deliver to. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where your order ships from

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner in China. Your tracking number shows the carrier handling your parcel (for example China Post, YunExpress, Sunyou, Wanb Express or PostNL).

Processing time

Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 2–7 business days after purchase.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 12–23 days after purchase (about 2 to 3 weeks). Remote areas, holiday peaks and customs checks can add time.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. If tracking shows no update for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will open a case with the carrier.

Customs, duties and taxes

Our prices do not include import duties or local taxes. Depending on your country, the carrier or customs may charge them on delivery, and they are paid by the customer.
